01
Brief
Building the
builder's brand.
Bayeux is a doctor-run med-tech consultancy that builds medical device and pharmaceutical companies from the ground up, from the earliest point of guidance through regulatory approval, operational setup, sourcing, supply-chain establishment and commercial launch. The expertise was already there. What it needed was a brand, and every document and screen built on it, that could stand in front of investors, regulators, hospitals and manufacturing partners.
02
The Challenge
Clinical precision,
without the cold.
Med-tech is a technical, heavily regulated category, and the brands in it tend to read as either sterile or as startups playing dress-up. Bayeux had to read as precise and clinical (credible to a regulator and a clinician) without losing the warmth of a founder-led consultancy that partners for the long term.
And it had to hold everywhere. From a business card in the founder's pocket to an investor-facing profile document, the same brand had to carry the same authority across every surface the consultancy touches.
03
Our Approach
An identity, applied
and documented.
Step 01 - Brand Identity & Visual System
We built the mark from two rounded capsule forms (a monogram that reads at once as a pill and a strand) set against a navy-and-orange colour and typography system, with the BAYEUX wordmark drawn on one grid and a locked AI-image visual language for everything the brand shows. Clinical, warm, and unmistakably medical, carried by the line “Your only way for medtech solutions.”
Step 02 - Applications & Printouts
The system was proven on everything the consultancy actually hands over: stationery, business cards, ID badges, folders, a tote and embroidered uniforms, the identity tested against real production before it was signed off.
Step 03 - Company Profile & Investor Pitch Deck
Everything was brought together in a bilingual company profile in English and Arabic (overview, vision, service pillars, expertise, geographic coverage and clients) and an investor pitch deck, both built to be opened by an investor or a regulator and read as one credible, science-led company.
Step 04 - Website Development
The website was designed with its content strategy, to work as a credibility signal for regulatory and hospital-system audiences and as a lead-generation asset for new manufacturing partnerships.
Step 05 - Legal & Corporate Templates
Finally, the identity was carried into the paperwork: NDA, MOU and tripartite cooperation agreement templates, so even a contract reaches a partner looking like Bayeux.
04
The Result
One brand, ready
for the room.
Bayeux now has a distinct, consistent visual identity, including a locked AI-image visual language, built to carry credibility with regulators, hospitals and manufacturing partners across the GCC and MENA.
Its bilingual company profile and investor pitch deck translate a technically dense medtech offering into a clear, credible narrative for regulators and new-market stakeholders.
The website doubles as a credibility signal for regulatory and hospital-system audiences and a lead-generation asset for new manufacturing partnerships, and even the legal paperwork now presents the same consistent, organised identity: one more touchpoint that signals credibility to partners.
