01
Brief
One partner. Eight
labels to carry.
Human Care Trading is a Qatar-based distributor of healthcare, wellness and beauty products, carrying a portfolio of 8+ labels, including Puresia, Warda and Omnitex. When it came to KHP, the brief was not a single logo: it was to build the brand architecture that lets one company stand behind every label at once, then to scope the digital infrastructure and marketing that would take the portfolio direct.
02
The Challenge
Many labels, one
credible partner.
A distributor's brand has to do two things at the same time: present as a single, credible partner to the hospitals, pharmacies and retailers it supplies, and still let each label keep the character that earns it shelf space. Sign everything the same way and the labels flatten into one; leave them unsigned and there is no partner to trust. The architecture had to hold both.
The second challenge was growth. The next step for the business was digital (direct e-commerce and a marketing program) and it needed a clear, costed path to both: infrastructure sized for real transaction volume, and a strategy that could stand up against competing agency proposals rather than a set of good intentions.
03
Our Approach
Architecture first,
then the channels.
Step 01 - Multi-Label Brand Architecture
We built the brand architecture first: a multi-label system and a set of identity guidelines that let Human Care sign its whole portfolio as one distribution partner while keeping Puresia, Warda, Omnitex and the rest visibly distinct.
Step 02 - E-commerce Infrastructure Planning
Then we scoped the route to direct sales: a vendor comparison and a hosting architecture plan sized for real transaction volume, so the storefront becomes a costed decision the business can act on rather than a guess.
Step 03 - Digital Marketing Strategy
Finally, a documented digital marketing strategy, benchmarked against competing agency proposals and built to grow visibility across the B2B and B2C audiences Human Care serves in Qatar.
04
The Result
From distributor to
a portfolio brand.
Human Care Trading now presents as a single, credible distribution partner across its 8+ label portfolio (including Puresia, Warda, and Omnitex) without flattening what makes each label distinct.
Human Care now has a clear, informed path to launching direct e-commerce, with vendor options and hosting infrastructure sized for real transaction volume already scoped.
And it has a documented digital marketing strategy, benchmarked against competing agency proposals, built to grow visibility across its B2B and B2C audiences in Qatar.
